Article   What are the differences between Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Certified?

Silver is lowest level and indicates a less experienced Provider. On the other side of the spectrum, Platinum signifies the most experienced and skilled. Each person can either go up or down this scale. Certified is the Top level and can not be modified. To be Certified, you have many possibilities: first you have to register and based on your experience and rating you will grow from Silver to Platinum. At this point you can ask for the certification test to be able to step up from Platinum to Certified.

If you are Gold, and don“t want to wait for an increase in rating, you can always ask for some extra tests that will permit you to increase your level from Gold to Certified. Before you become Certified, remember that your level can decrease due to negative ratings from the Buyer who have worked with you on projects.
